Where can I buy a Pago chair?

For the first time, we are available online direct-to-consumer in the United Kingdom. Our chairs are available for your consideration at our local partners Back2 and Ryman via appointment only. Customers in the United Kingdom can also shop our products via Back2, Ryman or Amazon UK.

Why does my chair height sink?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We guarantee our gas lifts for the full warranty period. We will post a new gas lift as well as instructions and video guides on how to replace the gas lift.

  1. If you haven’t already, please register your Warranty: Register here Warranty registration
  2. Please email support@pagointernational.co.uk the following:
    - A picture of the sticker under the seat and the name of the chair
    - Your delivery address
    - Your mobile number for courier purposes

How do I sit comfortably?

Start by adjusting your seat height. Ensure your feet are firmly on the floor. When seated, your legs should be bent at 90 degree angle.

Shorter users may need a foot rest.

Next, sit as far back in the seat as possible. Adjust the lumbar to your comfort. Your seat should be tilted slightly forward, to reduce pressure on your spine.

Finally, ensure the seat back is upright. Be sure to consider your screen height, arm position and other items on your desk too.
