Shipping policy
We can deliver free of charge for all orders within England, Wales, the Scottish Lowland and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands.
Additional delivery charges apply for orders from the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands. Please get in touch with us on 020 7935 0351 or orders@pagointernational.co.uk before ordering for a quote.
Delivery Times
All products have delivery times stated on the product page and are only estimated timescales. This is based on deliveries being sent from our London location. Please ensure you are satisfied with the delivery times before placing your order.
If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we will usually deliver the order together to reduce carbon emissions (unless specified).
Please note that some order/s may take slightly longer during holiday periods and will try to keep you updated.
All deliveries are made business days (Monday-Friday) unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Service
For deliveries within Mainland England and Wales, we will use an in-house courier operated by Back2 International and/or Parcelforce.
For orders going to Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, they will be delivered by Parcelforce or other couriers.
All orders will need someone on-site available to take delivery, as we are not able to leave items unattended or in a designated safe place.

Back2 International will contact you to schedule an appropriate delivery date via phone and/or email where someone must be on-site
Parcelforce
We use Parcelforce 48 tracked service, where you will be sent a tracking link to check your order.
On Delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item/s is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
