Terms and Conditions for Content Usage

By uploading or submitting any content, including but not limited to photos, videos, audio recordings, or any other media (collectively, “Content”), through this form, you (the “User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of Rights: You hereby grant Pago a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and perform the Content, in whole or in part, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional activities, and other commercial uses.

2. Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents from any third parties to grant the rights described herein. You further agree that the Content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

3. No Obligation to Use: Pago has no obligation to use, display, or otherwise exploit the Content in any way, and you will not be entitled to any compensation or notice if the Content is used.

4. Waiver of Claims: You hereby waive any and all claims against Pago and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners related to the use of the Content, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or violation of any moral rights or rights of attribution.

5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pago from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Content or your breach of these terms and conditions.

6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
